TNC TO UNDERGO RENAMING & REBRANDING

tncHEADLINESNEW

TITULIA CITY (TC-TNC) | Due to low readership and participation, TNC is slated to undergo a major reconstruction effort. The effort will cost TC MediaCorp at least T$300 and will feature new graphics and a new way of news presenting. TNC is slated to be renamed Titulia News (dropping “Channel”) and will feature more video reports and weekly live news broadcasts. Titulia News will merge TNC and TEnt News’ resources and ideas in order to form a more effective and powerful news source. A test logo is below and we would like to know your opinion on the rebranding and the switch. Titulia News will begin job interviews in May 2010.

TCMC Press Release on Jobs and Titulia Today

TC MediaCorp

PRESS RELEASE

Due to little or no readership, we have decided to cease publishing of Titulia Today. We are currently NOT looking to sell it as we are looking at other ways to use the web space. Everyone is invited to celebrate TC’s 1st Anniversary as the longest-serving independent online newsmagazine this Thursday at 0100 GMT . On the flopped TNC Economic Forum, we have no plans to reschedule another one as no one attended the previous one. If we receive enough revival support, we may reconsider. TC MediaCorp

PRESS RELEASE

TCMC would like to respond to the creation of a rival media corporation, TEnt (Titulian Ent.) Corp.We welcome the competition by our former coworker at The Conservative, SOVfan and we would also like to point out that your news agency TEnt News has subscribed to TNC Newswire (similar to AP/AFP/Reuters) for Titulian news. If you wish to just get news articles from Google and TNC, go ahead. We will let the Titulians decide which news agency they wish to read. Remember, TCMC is the home of many notable news sources such as The Titulian Conservative and The RNC Daily. We look forward to the competition.

PRESS RELEASE: Titulia Today will be undergoing maintenance due to low readership; Tituliair split is a failure

TC MediaCorp

PRESS RELEASE

TC MediaCorp’s newest paper, Titulia Today undergo many changes as readership is down. We want to save the paper as we tried to at the Liberal. TCMC will delete several articles and make the site more functional. We will revise the Paper and make it a health-lifestyle paper only. Titulia Today is still hiring if you are still interested:

  • 2 Health/Lifestyle Reporters (T$ 20/week)

  • 1 General Reporter (T$ 15/week)

TCMC has reduced the amount of jobs available at Today in order to keep it up to the paper’s agenda (lifestyle) and to reduce costs after the failed Tituliair split. Tituliair and its destinations are for sale at a value of T$ 100. However, the Titulia City International Airport that it maintains is NOT.

If you are interested in anything mentioned above, please contact me via Titulia Mail.

Also, we are preparing for the next Election Day with a live debate proposal and election night coverage. If you are interested, contact me.
