TCMC PRESS RELEASE
By TCMC V.P. JI981993 (R-Con)
Due to the failure of TC MediaCorp’s project, The Titulian Liberal, we have voted 2-1 to shut down the project. We have decided to sell the project for an estimated value of T$ 10, which includes full control of the web space and TC Advertising’s test logo. TNC will charge a monthly fee of T$ 20 if the new owner wishes to publish Global/National news. We regret the project’s failure and wished that it had gained popularity like our previous papers, TC and the RNC Daily. We meant no harm to Titulia’s center-left that the paper is being shut down. We wanted to aim for bipartisanship under our name, and we have failed. Our planned contributors were too busy to publish anything for TL, so it is not their fault the paper has not grown. We would like to thank Acting-Editor Alex Pijanowski (ALP) for his role in maintaining the paper. We hope the new owner can do what we could not. It seems we will remain a brand with many Center-right papers, and we hope to change that. Please be reminded that our international news service, TNC does not offer any opinion or bias towards/for any political party. We hope Titulians will continue to read TCMC Papers as they are the 2nd most-active news source (1st if state-run is not counted). We hope to bring Titulians more quality in media through TNC, TC and the RNC Daily (20% Ownership).
