RNC Head Julian (R-Con) is an outspoken figure in Titulia. He has worked in many Presidential administrations (all except Brewster,Hock,and Brady). He began his career in Foreign Affairs and eventually moved into domestic affairs. He launched TCMC’s first paper, The Titulian Conservative on March 18,2009 (see original launch post here). then-Ambassador Julian’s paper became popular over the next few months as it was the next alternative to the now-defunct The Titulia Times and the state-owned The Titulia Post. Julian became an Ambassador to the Philippines and stayed in constant contact with then-President Meissner. In the Pijanowski administration, Julian was promoted to Foreign Affairs Minister and focused on immigration and diversity. There were many ambassadorships, but some failed as the Ambassadors were fired in the Avaram administration due to inactivity. Julian saw the amount of immigration rise during his final days as Foreign Affairs Minister (click here for report) . He has not re-hired in the McVicker administration and was demoted to a Recruiter Post that he retained until his run for RNC Conservative Branch President in June. He won over incumbent Robert Descoteaux and eventually won the RNC Presidency. He revived the party, but it soon failed and he left for the PFP. He briefly served as the 2nd McVicker Administration’s Chief of Staff. In December, the RNC was revived and he launched the party paper The RNC Daily. He also launched numerous departments such as The RNC Dept. of Recruitment, and The RNC Council.
